A startup company needs an Assistant General Manager to plan, organise and fully ensure the smooth running of the entire organisation on a day to day basis with the aim of realising the company's goal.

Details of work:

- Planning, supervising, organising all company operations
- Budgeting & all financial matters
- All HR & administrative matters
- R & D of the brand
- Sales & marketing operations, ordering & purchasing
- Analyse company operations & make recommendations to directors periodically

Requirements

- A degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years proven managerial experience
- Good knowledge of accounting & business administration/management required
- Must be an excellent communicator and be result oriented
- Must be able to work with no supervision
- Must be result oriented

Remuneration: 160,000k monthly, with a car & driver
