Contracts Manager
Our client, an illustrious Agro-allied chemical production company seeks a Head of Contracts for their Procurement department. Their preference is for an individual with International experience and/or from a reputable university who has a minimum of 2 years work experience. The individual must be well versed in Contract management preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
Overseas experience will be valuable to the employer. International applicants who are willing to relocate immediately to Nigeria are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
• Oil and Gas Services experience
• Review of supplies contract
• Supplier development
• Contracts variation

Additional Requirements:
• Serve as a focal point in relationships with key suppliers executing major contracts.
• Ensure that contract execution is aligned with contracting strategy, and the specific third-party supplier contract terms and conditions.
•
Preferable:
• Assures that all major contracts have been controlled using the proper techniques and standard methodologies such as project execution plans, cost control, scheduling, management of change, quality plan, risk management, contracting and procurement strategies.
