Qualifications & Experience: Preferably graduate with certifications in web development and content management. 2-5 years work experience in similar role.

Required Technical & Soft Skill Set:

  • Ability to design a website using CSS, HTML, Javascript, jQuery, etc;
  • Ability to work with image editing tools like Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc.;
  • Amazing at back-end development using ASP, .NET, .NET MVC;
  • Unstoppable at UI Design;
  • Ability to utilize a database e.g. SQL Server 2005 and above;
  • Proven Website Development Management experience;
  • Experience in Dreamweaver CS3/CS5 and Flash CS3/CS5;
  • Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques;
  • Experience of running and evaluating on line marketing/promotional campaigns, which will include the social media campaigns;
  • Experience in social media content development;
  • Experience in managing content and production for high traffic and web pay websites;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • High creativity and initiative;
  • Passion, Integrity and Energy.


Job Description: The Website Administrator/Developer is responsible for designing implementing and managing the organization’s internet and intranet websites and take on new developments on web site contents as required. The person is responsible for web pages, maintains content and oversees day-to-day management of the company's internet and intranet websites and assures integrity of web pages, quality of content and access security.

Reports to: Head of IT and also has a dotted line reporting to Head of Operations & Publicity and/or the Chief of Party.
