We are a new fashion e-commerce start-up and have vacant positions for the position of a Manager/Accountant and a Digital Marketer

Ø MANAGER/ACCOUNTANT

Basic Requirements
· This role would suit a female with experience and knowledge of e-commerce. Preferably fashion e-commerce.
· Must be female
· Must be fully experienced in fashion and its trends
· Must have a strong background in financial accounting and analysis.
· Must be an experienced chartered accountant (ICAN or ACCA precisely)
· Must have managed a fashion brand
· International candidates are eligible although they would be required to reside and work in Lagos, Nigeria
· Must have a University degree. International degrees are acceptable.

Salary:
400,000 Naira only per month

Required skills
· Experience of commercial and project management.

· Strong relationship management with ability to influence within a complex matrix environment.

· Be inquisitive and be open to innovation and improvement.

· Experience of the IT sector would be an advantage.

· Experience of working in a multi-national / global environment and ground experience of the e-commerce sector is essential.

· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

· The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, project management experience (to run various mini-projects) and have the ability to work with different functions across the business and develop positive partner relationships.

· This person will drive the implementation of growth strategies within the business. Managing the processes in front and back end of Ecommerce, co-ordination with IT and Marketing,

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate would be responsible for the following;

· Costing products, researching the market, negotiating prices and deliveries and briefing designers on the requirements of the customer. In addition to these tasks, she is expected to have a good level of commercial awareness gained through competitive shop visits and keeping up to date with reading materials, blogs, websites, papers etc; to develop the business.

· Developing and maintaining a broad base of suppliers; as a successful relationship between supplier and manager is very vital. Effective communication is essential to this relationship; as it is a sharp eye for using the right supplier for the right product area. A good account manager should not be afraid, however, to continually explore new supplier opportunities to get the best result for their customer.

· You will be expected to use negotiation effectively; using your natural ability to influence internal and external parties. You will be able to work with and lead the team, offering support where necessary. You will be self-motivated and able to motivate and inspire your team as well as being highly driven and able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines.

Ø DIGITAL MARKETER/CONTENT MANAGER: The digital marketer would be chiefly involved in developing the organisation's multi-channel communication strategies and online presence.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a solid background in the following areas;

· Social Media Marketing: Developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

· Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Developing strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results.


· Pay per Click (PPC) Campaigns: Sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results

· Mobile Marketing: Including app-based, in-game, location-based, E-mail and SMS marketing.


· Affiliate Marketing: Where a business allows other businesses (affiliates) to sell products on their website. The affiliate is paid commission for each customer brought to the website by their own marketing strategies.

· AdSense and Online Google Ads

· Must have a university degree

· Must have professional qualifications in digital marketing and/or its related courses,

· International candidates/degrees are eligible although they would be required to reside and work in Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities

Digital marketers contribute to and develop digital marketing projects and campaigns. Tasks typically involve:

· Creating and uploading copy and images for the organisation's website;
· Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns;
· Providing accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);
· Researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
· Designing website banners and assisting with web visuals;
· Communicating with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners;
· Conducting key word research and web statistics reporting;
· Contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
· Using web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;
· Contributing to the company website and managing e-communications;
· Assisting with paid media including liaising with digital advertising agencies;
· Developing and integrating content marketing strategies;
· Keeping up to date with current digital trends;
· Managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities;
· Negotiating with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients.

Salary:
200,000 Naira only per month
