Position title SALES CHANNEL REP
Location Nigeria Nationwide
Reports to (role) Nigeria Channel Sales Country Manager
Main purpose Responsible for the development of sub-dealers or partners for Nigeria market. Develop and maintain business relationships with key channel partners in the assigned region including product distribution, price, POS, promotion and advert to ensure that Huawei branding and sales can meet the requirement of company. Must meet or exceed channel sales revenue, channel sales profitability, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction goal. A key member of the channel sales team that is focused on building a “direct” end user touch, “indirect” channel fulfillment sales machine.

• Knows how to sell mobile devices to consumers

• Able to articulate a unique value proposition to various levels within a customer organization.
• Able to work effectively in a team sales environment.
• Able to develop relationships at many different levels within channel organizations including enterprise, distributor, sub-dealer and retailers
Qualifications/ experience
• BA/BS degree required
• 3~5 years of experience creating and building a reseller channel.
• Proven sales experience selling handset and others mobile devices to dealers.
• Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/ new market environment.
• Experience with a range of sales methodologies and sales funnel management process.
Performance To be agree according to the current monthly’s commission plan.
