The Network Administrator’s role is to supervise and ensure the efficient operation of the company’s network, client servers, databases, and equipment. This includes managing the IT staff responsible for monitoring and diagnosing network and hardware problems. The Network Administrator will also work closely with the IT executive staff and decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. The position is also responsible for planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.

· Perform risk management for IT infrastructure
· Analyze performance of Service Desk activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems
· Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to establish problem resolution expectations and timeframes and monitor alignment with SLAs
· Knowledge in software architectures and technologies
· Knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
