Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
The role is to Design, institute and lead an in-depth corrective action system focused on in-process, supplier and customer issues.

Primary activities

· Systems level understanding of the Quality function, and at the same time a trusted front-line systems implementer and
advisor
· In-depth expertise in Quality Management Systems (preferably ISO 9001) having participated in an implementation, ongoing
management, and on-going internal audits
· Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt of advantage
· Design, institute and lead an in-depth corrective action system focused on in-process, supplier and customer issues
· Interface with key clients for reporting metrics, and solving issues
· Guide operational teams in Process Analysis and/or Problem Solving for root cause identification and process improvement
and control
· Analyse operational and customer data and take appropriate action for improvement by working with senior management
team and operations teams
· Interface with suppliers and set quality expectations and measurement system for incoming quality
· Lead the effort to implement a Quality Management System that is compliant to ISO 9001
· Organize and facilitate Quality training throughout the organization
· Plan and conduct internal Quality Audits for all processes

Job Requirements and Skills
Previous Experience: Minimum of 8 years working experience is REQUIRED.
Graduate Qualifications: A first degree in Social Science, BEng, BSc, Technology, Computer Science or Mathematics REQUIRED.
Post Graduate Qualifications: Post Graduate degree would be of ADVANTAGE
Experience: 8-10 years post National Service work experience (NYSC is ESSENTIAL.
Certifications and Training Requirements: ISO Certification is required; Certifications in Quality Management, Project Management,
Programme Management and IT Service Management are an advantage. Other certifications in Quality Management or Telecoms best
practices such as Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), Microsoft Operations Framework(MOF), Quality Management ISO or Six
Sigma, Rational Unified Process(RUP), IT Infrastructure Library(ITIL), COBIT or ETOM, IT Architecture are optional and is of
ADVANTAGE.
