Qualifications
- Mininum BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology or equivalent discipline
- 2+ years of experience in Samsung, Nokia after sales service overall management, including service centers, spare parts, logistics, call centers, social media support, etc.
- Strong communication skills and must be able to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms, understand failure modes effects and analysis
 - With positive and serious working attitude
