1. GENERALMANAGER
Requirements
 Age 35 – 45
 Must possess an MBA, or B.Sc in BusinessAdministration or other relevant discipline, professional qualifications insupply chain management in logistics and transportation.
 5 – 15 yrs relevant work experiences inlogistic operation and finance administration
 Primary sector experiences in the drygoods would be a great advantage. Must have very strong competencies inentrepreneurial leadership, commercial astuteness and in developing andmaintaining customer relationships based on service excellence.
 Demonstrate the ability to organize andefficiently manage a logistics operation supported by strong commercial acumenand excellent knowledge of budgets and financial planning.
 Should be able to show that he fullyunderstands the importance of the relationship between operational and thetechnical teams in reference to trip revenue and maintenance cost.
 Demonstrate self reliance with theability to work in different operational environments that the company exhibitin logistics.
 Should have excellent organizational,presentation and negotiation skills and able to work closely with the staff andinfluence company strategy
 Should possess excellent communicationskills in English and other Nigerian languages, ideally Hausa and be able toadapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.
 Should have superb inter-personal skillsand instant credibility are essential as you will be inter-facing with a numberof people from different backgrounds, nationalities and religions.
 He must be resourceful with a flexibleoutlook, have the ability to multi-task in order to handle competing prioritiesand be able to fit in to an international dynamic and multi-culturalenvironment.

3. TECHNICAL MANAGER
Requirements
Ø Applicant shouldpossess B.Sc Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline with 10 yearsrelevant working experience.
Ø Minimumof 5 years professional experience logistics/haulage management and not over 35years old

· He will be in charge of Mechanics, welders, panel beaters etc
· Will manage a fleet of trailers andother heavy duty equipment.
 Ensure zero down time for all equipment collects faulty parts before handing over new ones to driver/mechanic.
· Plan and implement preventive and correctivemaintenance.
· Manage drivers/operators and ensure complianceto safety and company policies.
