Accountant
Specifications
- To oversee the Accounts function among other things:
- Preparation of accounts & reporting
- Credit control
- PAYE & other statutory deductions
- Preparation of bills
- Bank reconciliation etc
Qualification:
BSc/HND Accounting from any reputable institution.
Must be ACA certified.
Sound knowledge of any accounting software is an added advantage.
Pharmacist
Specification:
- Dispenses medications following prescriptions issued by an authorized medical practitioner.
- Performs or oversees the performance of packaging, labeling, measuring, compounding, storing, charging, and recording medications used in patient care.
- Reviews prescriptions for appropriateness of therapy to determine ingredients needed and to ensure correct dosage.
- Inventories, orders, and maintains supply of drugs, chemicals, and other pharmaceutical stock.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Customer Care
Specification:
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document the interaction through contact tracking.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas.
- Assist sales team with incoming requests for new services and facilitate a warm hand off to the respective account executives.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
- Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer record.
Executive Marketer
Specification:
• Liaising and networking with customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers
• arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• maintaining and updating customer databases;

Specification:

• Perform errands that assist daily functions: post office, bank, Staples, etc.
• General reception duties.
