A start-up prepaid legal service firm requires the services of a Personal Assistant to the Director, Strategy and Business Operations.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT to DIRECTOR, SBO

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Ensure proper documentation, filling, storage and retrieval of documents
-Manage visitors, customers, and clients
-Receive and dispatch mails to and from the office of the SBO Director
-Manage equipments, stationeries and assets deployed for use at the office
-Receive and make telephone calls on behalf of the SBO Director in line with the best practice
-Type and process documents as required
-Arrange tea/coffee/snacks for official guests of the SBO Director and other management staff
-Deliver and receive messages on behalf of the SBO Director and other management staff
-Represent the SBO Director at events as may be directed from time to time
-Prepare and present assigned reports promptly and accurately
-Other tasks as assigned by SBO Director

REQUIREMENTS

-Degree or Diploma in Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Engineering or Law
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent computer application skills particularly MS office tools
-At least 1 year work experience
-Must not be more than 26years old
-Understanding of Lagos terrain will be added advantage
-Must be flexible to late working hours
-Must be resident in Lagos Mainland
-A very high level of confidentiality is required for this position
