– Working knowledge of PC operating systems, including Win XP, Vista, Windows 7 –Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 and Vista Suite — Good organizational capacity, must be very articulate, meticulous and must be detail oriented. — Must be a lady not more than 30 years of age with ability to work under and cope with pressure without unduly comprising delivery — Must be prepared for frequent travels as the job dictates, & will play a huge role in organizing the M.D’s itinerary, task, meeting’s etc. — Strong Command of Written & Oral English.
— Ability to respond to M.D’s official Communications, take notes and Manage Logistics of the M.D’s office — Must be smart in appearance & comport, result oriented, & able to take initiative. — At least 3 years working experience in a similar position — Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or H.ND with Second Class Honors — Ideally based in Abuja
