Education: University Degree or Higher Degree with a Professional Certification
Compulsory Role: Site Prospecting and Acquisition, Site area evaluation and business viability analysis and Liaison with necessary government regulatory agencies
Functional Area: Site acquisition and government approvals

Nationality: Nigerian.

Requirement:
Customer liaison/Interface, proven understanding of real estate in Lagos(Real estate Manager), sound knowledge of local property and bye laws, strong network with Alausa & government officials, strong negotiator with strong personality and ability to work under multi cultural environment.
Job Description:
•Administer the Feasibility studies and evaluation of proposed or designated areas for acquisition for the purpose of opening restaurants. Carry out a mapping of the area and competitor analysis to determine trend in the area.

•Negotiate with agents and or directly with owners of proposed properties. Prepare reports on designated properties for our brand owners for their approval. Obtain all the needed documents on the property and forwarding them to our architect.
•Obtain all government approvals on properties this shall include but not limited to “Change of use licence”, “Renovation Permit” and all other permits/licences needed to operate a QSR.
Ensure handover of sites to projects team upon signing of lease agreement and provide support to project team all through construction.

LOCATION: Lagos/Nigeria (but willingness to travel outside Lagos)
