JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Administer the Feasibility studies and evaluation of proposed or designated areas for acquisition for the purpose of opening restaurants. Carry out a mapping of the area and competitor analysis to determine trend in the area
•Negotiate with agents and or directly with owners of proposed properties. Prepare reports on designated properties for our brand owners for their approval. Obtain all the needed documents on the property and forwarding them to our architect.
•Obtain all government approvals on properties this shall include but not limited to “Change of use license”, “Renovation Permit” and all other permits/licenses needed to operate a QSR.
