@ drconray01&maymartinsersonally i don't think there should be an elaborate dressing cos this is a prelude to the interview.It is only a certificate verification exercise to confirm if successful candidates have the results they claim to have.

My thoughts on the pre-interview screening, i have friends who also passed the test but had their O'levels in 2sittings and filled one sitting when applying, some others have not completed nysc i mean batch c 2008,passing out for them has been confirmed for October 20 2009.I think workforce/UAC should give people like that a chance bcos there is not much difference between Nysc completed @ August 31/October 20.
Offer letters will most likely be ready before November and all new employees will proceed to their training school.
UAC has a whole lot of subsidiaries, so there will be large number of intakes.
