Hi Pal,

Fidelity Bank between its 1st three levels, pays trash compared to other banks.

But if you pay your dues from l3th level u start choping mega.

1st level earns around 1.1million p.a after tax & deduction

2nd level earns 1.4m

3rd level earns 2m

Also fidelity bank does not pay a fixed monthly sum
Instead they pay their staff the entire annual pay in about 26 installments of varying size thruout the yea

Brick top,what you talking about.........are you for real right now?how are they ever going to be able to attract good people to work with them,that pay is ridiculous,i now know why it is only contract staff[HND]in other banks[who only take BSC] are moving there, i think i should just look at other options,PHB where am coming from pays,
