I think you ask a good question. It is wise to know the salary i.e what you intend to work/ apply for. Just look at the guy that took an interview with Zenith and later had a call from ETB, but didnt go for the ETB hoping to be called by Zenith and not knowing that ETB pays better than Zenith. I pray that Zenith call him so that, he will not loose both ways.

Back to your question Bank Phb pays 270k after confirmation and 5.2m annually. Wish you the best

Ladies and gentlemem, I think we are all mature, whenever anybody asks question we should try as much as possible to respond to his or her question politely.

If he doesn't need an answer he wouldn't have asked such a question.

    Thanks and remain blessed

the great deal in life is what we do for others.

Re: THE NEW BANK PHB ENTRY-LEVEL SALARY

we need to stop killing peoples dreams.

if u say we should ask how much is bn paid, how do u then pass the interview stage of recruitment.

u are expected to know evry single detail abt ur employment and the renumeration, so u'll be able to negotiate (if given the chance).

AJ_001....could u pls tell us what they pay as u resume as a trainee, what we actually need is the exact figure including sharp practices (if any). then how long would one wait b4 confirmation, etc then u can break down the details about post-confirmation.

    thank you

Re: THE NEW BANK PHB ENTRY-LEVEL SALARY

I do not really know what their salary structure is but a friend of mine works there and told me a couple of things. The salary is large (as Bank PHB is one of the highest paying banks) but some of it is tied to your branch's performance. ie. Ur bank makes 75% of their target, u get paid 75% of ur salary.
Also, if ur in marketing and u r not meeting ur monthly target, they start cutting ur pay until ur not paid anythin at the end of a month.
    Cheers.
    God is good
