• Overall management of all network rollout projects for different vendors and operators as per allocated account.
• Devising individual project and unit/section budget both CAPEX & OPEX together with the commercial manager and seek approval for the same prior to the start of the project.

To look after all roll out of BTS/RBS sites as allocated by superior officers from Start up meeting till complete FAC with all documents signed and approved by the customer for the processing of payments.

• Responsible for the roll-out of sites as allocated by superior officers from SUM till Final Acceptance of customers.
• Manage all resources as allocated to a site under supervision.
