To head the new project on a Key Account Management Perspective.

What is the job Specification?

• Overall management of all network rollout projects for different vendors and operators as per allocated account.
• Devising individual project and unit/section budget both CAPEX & OPEX together with the commercial manager and seek approval for the same prior to the start of the project.
• Monitoring and reporting on approved budget and actual expenses and working as per directives of higher management.
• Resources allocation for all projects and appraisal of Human Resources.
• Ensuring that proper processes, procedures and work instructions are in place and communicated to all stakeholders prior to the commencement of the project.
• Setting a well defined process for the evaluation of stakeholders involved in the project.

• Devise all project plans for timely delivery and ensuring that all stakeholders are well aware of their involvement and implications in the concerned project.
• Attend all training and ensuring that the knowledge gained in well transferred down the value chain for effective and efficient delivery at all levels.
• Setting a proper quality control system at all stages of the project and ensuring Total Quality Management.
• Managing the logistic for a particular project and ensuring proper communication to the concerned department for timely delivery of all materials.
• Devising daily reporting system to superiors and coming up with a weekly Management Information System for the particular project.
• Solving all issues pertaining to a site during its construction.
• Attending all meetings at any location pertaining to the concerned project and ensuring that proper feedback is provided to higher management.
• Managing a pool of Key Account Managers and associated teams in view of ensuring that all deliveries are to the expectancy of the customer and the organization.

What are the Specific job purpose/objectives?

To look after all roll out of BTS/RBS sites as allocated by superior officers from Start up meeting till complete FAC with all documents signed and approved by the customer for the processing of payments.

What is the job Specification?

• Responsible for the roll-out of sites as allocated by superior officers from SUM till Final Acceptance of customers.
• Manage all resources as allocated to a site under supervision.
• Ensure full compliance to cost structure, delivery timeline and quality requirements of the contract.
• To ensure full knowledge with regards to the technical details of a contracts as per specifications set by the customer.
• To work under set procedures and work instruction as the prevailing contract with the customer.
• Ensure that the whole teams working at site are following set Health & Safety procedures as set by the organization.
• Follow training as required by the organization and ensure that knowledge gained is practically being used.

• Full follow-up with regards to materials deliverables on sites, managing the use by the site builders and reporting to the concerned department/section.

the age requirement does not say u must not be more than 30 or 25yrs, it says that u must not be less than that in age. so go ahead and apply. in future always read the ads properly. ;)
