Our client, a newly established private University in the Western Nigeria is about to commence operation in September 2009 needs the services of experienced people to fill various positions in its academic and service departments.

1. Vacancies exist in the following service departments for various positions.

• Registry – Admin Officers
• Bursary – Accountants
• Library – Library and information officers
• Works and Maintenance (Engineers, Surveyors,etc)
• Health Care Unit


2. Vacancies exist in the following academic faculties for the position of Lecturer 2, Lecturer 1 and Senior Lecturer.

i. Faculty of Sciences

• Computer Science & Engineering

• Accounting / Finance
• Sociology
• Economics
• Business Administration
• Geography

iii. Faculty of Art

• Religious Studies

iv. Faculty of Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

3. Qualifications

i. For category 1 (Service Departments), candidates are expected to hold first Degree or its equivalents with at least 3 years experience in relevant organization. Professional certificates are added advantage.

ii. For category 2 (Academic Departments) candidates are expected to hold Master Degree or its equivalents. Candidates with first class will be considered. Relevant work experience and membership of professional body are added advantage.

iii. Candidates above 40 years of age need not apply.
