QUALIFICATIONS
HEAD OFFICE
HEAD INTERNAL AUDIT
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related subjects
• ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CISA or other relevant professional qualification
• MBA or other Post-Graduate degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of five years post qualification experience in similar function in a Chain Restaurant
Company or other multi-unit FMCG or retail-based Company
• Should have had responsibilities for at least a 5 person audit or control function
• Prior experience in internal audit function is mandatory
• Prior experience in an audit firm is an added advantage
• Should have strong audit skills with prior experience in restaurant or retail operations audit
• Should be able to analyze, design and develop business processes to strengthen controls

TREASURY MANAGER
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related subjects
• ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CISA or other relevant professional qualification
• MBA or other Post-Graduate degree is an added advantage
• Should have had management responsibilities in a medium size company
• Prior experience as a treasury manager or credit controller is an added advantage
• Prior experience in the banking industry is also an added advantage
• Proficiency in the use of Sage Pastel, Peachtree, or other world class accounting system
• Ability to manage and deploy cashflows for profitability
• Proficiency in preparing bank reconciliation statements
INTERNAL AUDITORS
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related subjects
• ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CISA or other relevant professional qualification
• MBA or other Post-Graduate degree is an added advantage

or other food service brand
• Must have attained a position not below restaurant supervisor as at the date of application

UNIT ACCOUNTANTS

• ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CISA or other relevant professional qualification
•• Minimum of two years post qualification experience in a similar role in a medium size company
• Prior experience as an accountant is an added advantage

BAKERY MANAGER

• Minimum of Fiveyears experiance with a premium bakery brand
or FMCG company with sales & marketing background
• Should have understanding of baking& confectionary process

BAKERY SALES MANAGER

To work closely with the Bakery Manager and other members of the management team in achieving the revenue targets of the relevant operational unit(s).
• Identify and develop channels for the distribution of bakery products
• Build and Maintain relationships with the bakery’s customers through the entire supply chain down to the retailers and final consumers
• Track, monitor, collate and report regularly on feedback about our products and services from customers
• Develop and implement a strategy for achieving the bakery’s revenue targets
• Manage the bakery’s distribution assets and resources including vehicles and sales personnel
• Maintain accurate records of transactions as they occur. These records are both physical and computer-based and require the use of an approved company software
• Preparing and presenting weekly reports on sales and activities for the prior week as well as plans for the coming week
Educational
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other Business related subjects
• MBA or other Post-Graduate degree is an added advantage
Work Experience
• Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in managing retail distribution systems of a Food or other FCMG Company
• Prior experience in a bakery environment is an added advantage
• Industry contacts an added advantage
Technical Skills
• Should have computer appreciation skills
• Should be eloquent and can give a convincing pitch
• Ability to build a collaborative and supportive team environment, to manage and monitor performance of cross-functional team members, to make improvements or take corrective action when required
• Excellent knowledge of the Port Harcourt market
