Educational Qualification: First degree in accounting/Banking/Finance ACA/ACIB (essential)

Work Experience: Minimum of 5years post qualification experience preferably in financial institution or
audit firm

Core Functions : Develop and manage the internal control process of the bank.

Develop enterprise risk management strategies

Ensure appropriate check and control systems and mechanisms are
implemented across the bank

Advise on all statutory and regulatory matters

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Educational Qualification: First degree in business related discipline

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in similar capacity

Core functions • To develop and implement credit strategy, policies and procedures.

• Overseeing portfolio management to ensure best use of funds and quality of portfolio;

• Work with Credit officers on identifying potential loans to MSME businesses;
participating in presenting loan recommendations to credit committees

• Oversee credit administration and recovery process;
preparation and rendition of credit returns.

Work Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years post qualification marketing experience in a financial institution

Credit risk analysis & Managing credit portfolios

Regional budget implementation

Preparation of management report and other adhoc reports
