my guys i have just resign my prsent employment hoping to resume training on monday but now prosponed i am now jobless why should they delay our training school

Well,what can i say?sorry u had to resign ok?i know how it feels cos i did same.yea i got d mail 2 with regards to the postponement of d induction programme,im sure its 4 d best n d bank must hav its reasons n as stated in d mail they r sorry 4 any inconvenience.so lets just keep our fingers crossed ok.

Its unfortunate that it had to be postponed. However, lets just pray that we get a new date as soon as possible.

I think we are all in the same boat Oluwatosin and Mudbin as i resigned from my former company just yesterday here only to get to my email box and saw d message. Guyz, I got the mail. We just have to hold for a while, I'm also jobless now. My resignation matured last week Wednesday and I pray and hope that we are called for the induction course on time b'cos its not easy staying at home.

I dont think you guys have anything to fear. Your appointments were approved by the board of the bank and was widely publicised. Besides you guys already have your offer letters which legally binds the bank. I think the issue here is just that the HR Department needs to put some logistics in place like organizing training centres, lecturers etc. It can never be like the case of PHB and Diamond Bank.
