A. SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Business Development Analyst will be responsible for:

• Identify high potential market segments and developing viable business plans
• The analyst will also continue to suggest and debate alternative business strategies to address changing market opportunities and continue to build and foster relationships with potential clients.
• Selection, direction, management and development of Direct Marketing resources
• Ensures that the assigned market is properly managed, serviced and penetrated. Accepts full responsibility for capitalizing on the potential of the market assigned (geography, clients or industries)
• Responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities with existing and new clients especially in business improvement consultancy
• Construction, maintenance and upgrading of market database
• Continuous monitoring, tracking and networking of executives within the market (and outside)
• Aggressive, professional and consistent follow-up of leads, call backs and other commitments
• Provide efficient general administrative and supporting to general manager
• Attending to general issues on behalf of the MD

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must possess an MBA and B. Sc /HND in marketing, Business administration or other related discipline. (2.2 Min.)
• Minimum 5 years experience performing business development or marketing activities for Financial institution, ICT firms,architectural or construction related firms.
• Experienced in sourcing, development and sale of operational change programs selling directly to the CEOs of major corporations with demonstrated ability to provide measurable improvements in productivity and cost reduction resulting in increased shareholder value to clients
• Highly competitive, innovative and creative
• Possesses extensive professional knowledge of market segment/ industry/ technology/ discipline trends
• Selling and marketing experience in service delivery
• Good selling and negotiation skills, sociable and can speak and write good English.
• Must be versatile, dynamic, highly result oriented and computer literate.
• Experienced leading and providing profitable revenue streams
• Strong communicator, Problem solver and very Flexible.

B. ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Responsibilities:
• Managing Financial Resources of the Company.
• Preparation of annual budgets and budgets performance review, monitoring expenditure and timely report of deviation.
• Preparation of quarterly management account in comparison with budget
• Cash flow projection statement
• Maintaining and Reconciliation of receivables and payables
• Ensure timely and accurate payment by clients.
• Institute proper checks and balance
• Preparation of Staff salary
• Verification of bank charges
• Bank reconcilations
• Ensuring prompt remittances/payment of tax liabilities and other deductions from monthly payroll to the respective agencies of Government/ beneficiaries – PAYE, WHT, VAT, NSITF, and Pension.


Requirements:
• Bsc Accounting, Economics, statistics and any related field.
• Minimum of 3years experience in a reputable firm preferably ICT, Financial or construction firms
• Proficient in accounting software like Peachtree, sage, quick books etc
. Highly numerical, analytcal and strong reasoning skills.
