    The underlisted vacant positions exist in WestFoster Holdings Limited, a world class real estate development company with affiliates based in Nigeria.     S/N POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS RESPONSIBILITIES

    1 Architect
    • B.Sc,(Hons) or its equivalent in Architecture
    • Must be professionally registered with ARCON
    • Proficiency in 3D design
    • Not less than 2 yrs post NYSC qualification experience in pre & post contract works
    • Proficiency in Auto Cad, Microsoft Suite & Project


    Skills

    • Interpersonal & Analytical skills
    • Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision
    • Development of brief/design
    • Preparation of working drawings
    • 3D Projection & Presentation

    2 Quantity Surveyor
    • B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Quantity Surveying
    • 4-5yrs post NYSC experience in the construction industry
    • Associate Membership of Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveying (MNIQS) is an added advantage. Ordinary members may apply.
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Project & Excel

    3 Facility Managers
    • B.Sc/B.Tech in Estate Management
    • 3-5yrs post NYSC experience in a structured Facility Management or Property Development Company
    • Must be computer literate
    • Membership of IFMA is an added advantage


    Skills

    • Routine monitoring of estate facilities (Treatment plants, Generators, etc) and report on their conditions
    • Relationship management of tenants
    • Attends to request of tenants and ensures complaints are attended to on time.
    • Supervision of estate workers.
    • Supervision of building repairs & refurbishment and ensure estate maintains its aesthetic.


    4 Guest Relations Officer
    • B.Sc (Hons) or its equivalent any Social Science/Arts related discipline
    • 2-3yrs cognate experience in the Hospitality industry
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

    • To ensure that all guest requests are being handled professionally.
    • Keep proper records of keys to all the suites in the hotel.
    • Prepare payment invoices and processing of clients credit cards.
    • Handle booking and reservations for the use of the Suites, Conference rooms etc.


    5 Chief Marketing Officer
    • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Branding or related field and a Masters in Business Administration or Marketing.
    • Must belong to at least a professional body in Marketing, Public Relations etc
    • Must have 10-15 years experience in Marketing/Sales, 8 of which must be in a Senior Management postion
    • Specific Job Skills: Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Understands the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc. Appreciates need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix, especially PR and the Internet. Experience of managing marketing agency activities useful.
    • Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.
    • Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, eg., gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, overheads, etc. Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.
    • Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
    • Management Ability: Though internal staff management is not initially part of the job, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business; therefore people-management skills, experience and natural ability will be useful.
    • Plan, prepare, organize managing and control the implementation of products advertising and media plan and enhance relationship with publishers, advertising agencies etc. in order to achieve maximum benefits /mileage for the Company.
    • Plan and manage marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
    • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the company's brand via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
    • Create marketing and promotional materials by interfacing with customers, Distributors, the product manufacturing team, and graphic designers.
    • Handle, monitor, guide the departmental activities and ensure co-ordination amongst all staff members in order to complete all the approved marketing objectives.
    • Prepare quarterly and annual marketing budgets for senior management.
    • Calculate Marketing Return on investment (MROI) to optimize use of resources
