The rumor mongers are at it again, from January it has been "before month end"," by next week", "before middle of next month". Just stretching everyones hopes beyond limits.

as you know that many multi national companies are qute affected by the global economic meltdown especiially the oil ans banking sector and the NNPC are not left out. Though i thing you are right that the GM and his people might be up to some mischif, i think it will be better if you voice out in the national dailies just for you to know the real koko behingd the delay....
