The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) seeks to recruit individuals who are able to perform CUSTOMER-CENTRIC functions to all travelers at the nation’s local and international airports.
The successful candidates will be reporting to the General Manager in charge of CPD.
• Candidates must hold university degrees or the equivalents in any of the Humanities or the social science
• Must be courteous, customer-friendly, polite, firm and amiable in relating with stakeholders.
• Such candidates must be ready to be redeployed to any of the airports in the country.
• The ability to speak French and/or Arabic and possession of postgraduate and/or professional qualifications will be added advantage.
Method of Application
All candidates from the six geo-political zones in the country are encouraged to apply. Pls did any body have knowleg on what NCAA are going to ask in there screening test? Cose this is my first time to atend such.
