Oceanic has financed so many ppp projects and is yet to recoup on d investments, intercontinental on the other hand had credits from a string of american banks and they've started calling in on d debts. etb on the other hand is a self sufficient bank making its money from glo and conoil contractors and phb thrived most from their marketin strategy- aggressive advertising.
