I know this may not be in the laws governing Banks but I think is high time they sacked Bank Executives for poor customer relations it shouldn’t be for non performing loans alone. Because most old generation Banks are so poor in this regard especially First Bank Akowonjo, where the tellers and customer service are literarily like dogs that are waiting for you to step on there toes so that they will bark you down or even bit you, the corporate guards even worse they are like lions. Who is the king is it the tellers, customer service, corporate guards or is it the customers, the first bank management should do something about this or they will lose customers, its not only their capital base they should concentrate on.
