A consulting firm based in V.I Lagos is in need of the services of a Business development Officer and a Business development & Sales Executive.

hgc- 1 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The Business Development officer is to boost sales, develop and generate new business opportunities and also support the business development and sales department. This department is responsible for the acquisition of new projects, project bids and Sales.

Qualifications
• A B.Sc degree in Business Studies, management or relevant field. (MBA would be an added advantage)
• Extensive experience in a relevant field.
• 2 yrs of relevant experience. Experience with the consulting industry ( a plus)
• Good experience from having worked in a service sales related role.

• Ability to implement marketing strategies and actions to influence the market
• Ability to discuss strategic business plans and processes
• Must understand clients' needs and sales requirements
• Ability to work using a structured sales framework
• Ability to think outside the box
• Must be Creative, proactive and innovative

Responsibilities
• Achieve set sales targets and implement strategies
• Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for all proposals
• Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions
• Maintain the Business Development databases
• Support marketing activities and Initiate new sales contacts
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
Proactively develop and improve products and services




hgc-2 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES EXECUTIVE
The business development & Sales Executive would be responsible for all sales and businesses within the organization. The prospective candidate would be required to drive the company’s products and services with strategic marketing and sales skills.

Requirements
• A B.Sc degree in Business Studies, management or relevant field. (MBA would be an added advantage) with a minimum of 4-5 yrs experience having worked in a service sales related role.
• Ability to implement marketing strategies and actions to influence the market
• Ability to discuss strategic business plans and processes
• Must understand clients' needs and sales requirements
• Ability to work using a structured sales framework
• Ability to think outside the box
