1. Investment Banking / Corporate Finance

Working on all elements of deal origination, corporate sales, acquisitions, MBO's and refinancing.
Provide both advisory and investment support as it relates to business equity stakes.
Processing and completing the valuation of companies through DCF, comparable transactions and market multiples and modeling potential transactions using spreadsheet cash flow models.
Advising on potential investments.
Choosing and executing deals utilising a variety of methods
Working on investment proposals
Basic requirements:

Extensive experience within Investment Banking of professional practice.
Preference will be given to individuals with strong transactional exposure.
Minimum of 5 years experience with a broad range of corporate finance experience.
Expertise in providing guide to corporates through acquisitions, disposals, mergers, initial public offerings, other fund raisings and joint ventures.
Experience in engagement in SME transactions ranging from MBOs to restructurings and capital raising projects.
Good knowledge of company valuation techniques.
Good list of deal transactions worked on / completed.

3. Corporate Banking

In-depth relationship management involving credit, risk & debt product management as it relates to the specialised industries like Aviation, Energy / Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Shipping, Manufacturing (beverages, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, etc).
Structuring of loan facilities including credit analysis and cash flow modelling.
Basic requirements:
Knowledge and experience in sales / marketing in any of the specialised industries or a strong corporate banking track record gained within a financial, investment or consultancy environment.

In-depth credit knowledge
Comprehensive understanding of structured financing solutions
Conducting due diligence and credit risk.
A good understanding of and ability to interpret financial accounts
Credit Analysis skills

4. Structured Financing
Originating and monitoring deals for structured financing.

Basic requirements:

Good knowledge of financial modeling preferably with a strong track record in Structured Finance from a Financial Institution, Ratings Agency, Work Out Consultancy or Accountancy firm.
Knowledge of syndicated loans.
Knowledge of High-Yield Debt financing (Mezzanine Fund).
Experience in structured products and financial instruments.
Prior experience with direct sales of investment/ Wealth Management products such as mutual funds and other structured products.

5. Project Financing

Preparing and monitoring of Loan structuring.
Developing complex financial models as a key means of adding value to clients through the identification and evaluation of financial engineering, bidding and funding options and the presentation of solutions.
Building and maintaining good relationships with clients, legal advisers and lenders as a key part of the Bank’s transaction team.
Assisting clients in the preparation of bid materials.
Assisting on pitches for new work, including the preparation and presentation of documentations.
Participating proactively in other business development activities.
Report on business performance by analyzing and interpreting the results.
Basic requirements:

Strong analytical and modeling skills.
Experience in whole business securitization at a bank, a ratings agency, or an investment firm.
Corporate finance knowledge at an accounting firm or finance department of a corporation or regulated utilities environment.
Demonstrable credit skills (gained in a bank credit department, a ratings agency, buy side credit department, etc).
Ability to read and analyze complex documentation.
Ability to understand and develop cash flow models.
Track record in building and using financial models
A project finance background would be beneficial.

6. Mortgage Administration

Manage the day to day administration of Mortgages.
Processing and funding new mortgage loans (includes preparing and reviewing mortgage documentation, receiving and disbursing mortgage funds).
Preparation and processing of renewals for existing mortgages.
Processing of mortgage payments and distribution of interest dividends.
Cultivating both new and existing business relationships in accordance agreed targets.
Basic requirements:
Experience in a mortgage, legal or real estate environment or a retail banking / investment banking background.

7. Pension Administration

Responsible for whole pension schemes.
Cultivating both new and existing business relationships in accordance agreed targets.
Deal with clients and queries on a day to day basis, ensuring client targets are met, performing calculations and providing members with details of their benefits together with various other duties.
Responsible for day to day banking and cheque routines, bank reconciliations and would develop to involve running payrolls and preparing annual accounts.
