What position did you apply for? Is the IV a follow up to the previous DSA test they conducted?
If its a DSA position. Then its core marketing, account opening etc. The pay is not too bad if you dont have anything doing @ the moment. They convert guys who perform well over a given peroid to full Professional staffs. Lets know what role it is and then we take it up from there. The best!!

FCMB? Well,i'll say congrats 2 all those dat got d interview invitation. Just read up few things about d bank & be prepared 4 d question "Tell us abt urself".
Whn i did mine last yr january,d interview was in 2 stages d same day. After d first interview,u'll be moved 2 d 2nd stage if u succeed(almost evrybody succeeds here). At d 2nd stage,u'll meet d sales mgr(Mr Chijioke) who wil intview u. His questions r also easy 2 answer. The aim is 2 knw if u can xpress urself well.
If u pass dis stage,u'll b invited 4 trainin

After d trainin,u'll b given targets of #2.5m monthly(as at then) & u'll b posted 2 diff branches. 4 me,i was postd 2 one of their branches in ph & then my sufferin began. I lukd 4 funds 2 meet even half of d target bt nothin. I met frnds who assistd me for d 1st month & later nothin. Every friday,i used 2 fall sick bcos d manager wil ask u how much u've brot 4 d wk & if u say "nothin",bros be ready 4 shoutin,embarrasment & disgrace. To avoid dis,u either get funds or fall sick on friday.
Also,if u cant meet ur target 4 3 months,just honorably resign else u wil b fired:-)

My advice: If u already hv a job & u knw u dont hv anybody 2 raise u #2.5m monthly,plz keep on doin ur job.
If u are a fresh graduate,just do d job so dat u can b buyin recharge card as wel as payin ur transport to Aptitude tests & interview.
Then,i was a fresh graduate desperately lukin 4 a job & whn i got FCMB job,i was hapy. Well,if u dont hv anytin doin,just get d job first & afta 3 months,resign. If i cld work 4 1month & play tricks(smilin) for 2 months & still get paid,u can BUT BE WISE.

As 4 means of identification,i used my skul id card then.

As 4 d pay,it was 25k then but a colleague dats stil wit dem said dat it has bin reducd to 20k.

Note: be very attentive durin d trainin,it wil b of great help to u in d future. At least,i used d trainin 2 get a beta job. Wish u all d best in FCMB

As 4 d girls,durin d course of workin or sufferin wit FCMB, u may meet ur dream husband(at least,i knw of 3 girls dat met theirs durin my set). GOOD LUCK

@starvincelinee, dats d spirit. Giv it a try. But dont do it if u're already workin. I gave it a try then cos i had nothin doin but i left. Som ppl hv bin there 4 more than one yr not bcos they luv d job but bcos they've not gottten anoda job. Tins mite change in ur time. Dats d spirit
