They are currently recruiting for several disciplines (onshore & offshore) for their operations in Nigeria for experienced candidates with 5-10 Years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.

The graduate and non graduate issue smply refers to experience and inexperience.

If u are a graduate in this sense means u are in inexperienced and so should go for entry level or trainee

Non graduate refers to experinced personels and not literarily
