? Pastel Partner and Pastel Payroll experience and skills

3. Skills:
? Analytical skills
? Good general computer literacy is required
? Good spoken and written English
? Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills required

? Assist with budgeting process
? Complete monthly reconciliation for control, bank accounts and petty cash
? Ensure general ledger is a fair reflection of company activities
? Ensure financial reports are up to date and available as per request
? Implement internal financial controls
? Maintain fixed assets register
? Manage documentation relating to imports and exports
? Prepare journal entries
? Prepare month-end schedules
? Prepare monthly payments for creditors and tax
? Prepare year-end audit schedules
? Process daily transactions on Pastel Partner
? Reports to the Financial Manager of the Holding Company
? Run monthly payroll on Pastel Payroll
