? Prepare business contracts
? Custodian of all confidential records and documents required to be
kept in the legal department for easy accessibility
? Attend meetings with MD when necessary and taking minutes of
the meeting
? Draft and edit all documents leaving the organization
? Correspondence with external partners and agencies
? Liaise with external solicitors
? Scrutinize all documents received from external solicitors to
identify any hitches
? Evaluating information to determine compliance with set standards
? Communicating with people outside the organization, representing
the organization to customers, the public, government, and other
external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in
writing, or by telephone or e-mail
? Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other
groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics
? Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to
your job
? Perform administrative and management functions related to the
practice of law
