PURPOSE:
To carry out effective marketing and sales of the company
? Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company
? Develops annual marketing and sales plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
? To manage the Marketing & Sales department budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
? To manage all aspects of product receipt and distribution.
? The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for the company’s’ Products across all available media.
? Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
? Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
? Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
? Organize marketing and branding campaigns for the company.
? Analyzing potential partner relationships for the company’s’ product lines.
? Level of public awareness of company’s’ product
? Effective teamwork with sales team to develop marketing and sales plans
? Liaising with all department at the company to implement a company-wide-go-market plan

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? Minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position
? A good first degree in any management science/social science related discipline.
? Professional qualification e.g. Nigerian Institute of Marketing is an added advantage
