Assistant Customer Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Work with Account managers to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of Business Plan
• Channel and Customer thought Leadership
• Develop strong relationships with Customer at marketing and Activation level
• Consolidate field plans
• Develop and translate customer & shopper insights into business building opportunities with business building opportunities with specific customers/channels
Qualification:
• B. Sc in any related discipline
Experience / Age:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Brand Marketing/Brand Building and not more than 35 years old.

Responsibility:
• Provide all necessary support on Competitive Surveillance.
• Manage all operational details of all continuous CMI projects.
• Manager the shopper’s immersion programme.
• Provide all necessary support for the annual IBP and in particular the CMI inputs.
• Manager all agency/client bi-monthly meetings to review CMI projects status.
Qualification:
• A minimum of B.Sc. in any related discipline.
Experience/Age:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Brand Marketing and/or CMI.
• Maximum 35 years old.
Professional Skills:
• Working knowledge in both ad-hoc and continuous research especially Retail Audit
• Management of market research projects and plans
