1. 0 refers to Slot and 1 refers to the Port "1" on that slot.
2. Install a Vlan interface and configure voice Vlan (with QoS based on IEEE 802.1p CoS)
3. Usuing Cisco's IFS command, and bearing in mind best practices, we first backup the current IOS image to a TFTP server (copy flash: "filename" TFTP) in case we need it later for disaster recovery, copy the new IOS image to the default directory of your TFTP server then check if the router has enough space for both images,if it does we upgrade (copy :TFTP "filename" flash) if not we first delete the older version(Delete flash: "filename") and copy the later version into flash memory.
