    Re: Interview Question

Thats through mavdav but it shouldn't end there. Alot of graduates don't even know where they will be in the next 5 years. Therefore I will suggest you develop a short & long term objectives, first.

Let your short term be about 1-2 or 3 years. Then let your long term objectives be 5 years and beyond. So, where do I see myself in the next five years?
Ans: In the next 5 years from now, I must have been equipped with more responsibilities and as such, I must either be a manager of my department or gone a little ahead of that.
You need to talk affirmatively, to give the impression of that you have high hopes in the organization.

You just have to be creative about it though, there is no limit. They just want to know you have a plan and probably, focus. I think that should do for now, right?

Expect my book soon on all these questions and interview preparations.

    Re: Interview Question

interviewers tend to study behavioural tendencies of there candidates. if you are being interviewed for a company you have a very good knowledge about, perhaps u knw there Org structure, then its only logical that from the position you are aspiring to be employed u tell ur interviewer that considering your current status if employed and all other on the job specifics(training, exposure and so on) "i would like to be a Supervisor OR Team Leader). Thats a more professional way to handle Q's like. try as much as u can to avoid instances of answerin that Q with family, academic, social achievements and only consentrate on the job specifics.

    Good Luck!
Hi Guys I love your work, pls keep the fire burning. one naija
