You guyz should take it easy. It is well. I Confirmed from someone in WORK FORCE and he said we should take things easy that they have been receiving all sorts of call from us. He said they were having a meeting with the mew Management and that they will get back to us soonest! so chill.

HI HOUSE, PLS WHAT WOULD BE OUR FATE IF NEW MGT IN AFRBANK SAYS THAT THEY DONT NEED US ANYLONGER BUT GOD FORBID IT. CAN WE TAKE WORKFORCE TO COURT SINCE SOME OF US HAVE RESIGNED FROM OUR FORMER PLACE OF WORK.

benemeka broo u aint taking no one to court..did u read your terms of employment?? well SOL Nigeria did ours in the east and its stated.besides u were not offered employment by Afribank so they have no contractual agreement with us as individuals no locus standi like there say in law..thruth be told our hiring was to shore up the capital flight cash and those bad loans but since CBN decided to bail them out, and from what they say prepare the banks to sell to prospective buyers when the non performing loans have been collected of what use will our hiring be?? if u take my advice start looking don't brood over this its like crying over split milk s case of policy reversal..no quitting,no stopping

All I can advise now is that we should be prayerful and still continue to be searching for employment.I met wit one of the workforce staff and he said the new MD gave assurance that no staff will be retrench including the new DSA staffs. He said all he wanted is the growth of the bank and without the staff he cannot do achieve it.
So let us be prayerful.
