Topic: 1stBank Interview: Here's d gist

Jst finished my interview in kano. D interview is in 3 stages, d first stage requires u write a 10min essay on a local/int'l economic issue. Afterwhich ul b divided in2 groups of 5. Each group will nw discuss d same issue among thmselves in d present of d interviewers - ds is d 2nd stage. D last stage is a one-on-one chat. Simple questions bout ur discipline and 1stbnk were asked. I ws also asked 2 talk about a time i needed 2 demonstrate my creativity and wht i cn offer them. Its a simple and straitfrwrd intrview. On a last note, dress v. gud and shw lots of confidence. Hav fun!!
