It all depends on what u want.If you need quick cash,go 4 gtbank.if you want to build a career in banking, go 4 1st bank.

house please advice me on which of these options stands best for me;

intercontinental bank, GT bank, and phb. all are marketing jobs.

secondly, is their a brighter future in marketing job?

My brother, it is better to go for either GTB or PHB. Consider their package and the location the one that suit u best is the one i advice u to go 4.

the place to build your career with peace of mind in the banking industry is FIRST BANK.
GT BANK will stress you and your career is not guaranteed, they are only good on the outside
but inside their staff are groaning.

How can u compare between GTB and First Bank. My advice is for you to go to First Bank because their pay package is very good now and there is less presure. unlike this new generation banks that doesnt have job security anymore, u can even be sacked for not meeting up your target. I have tasted banking industry and with my experience i will advise you to go to First bank.

I don't like the Banking profession.
But since u'v probably chosen a career in Banking, u have to set ur career objectives right.
Weigh the departments u are likely going to work in. That might might inform u of the decision on which Bank of the two bakns to work with.
Pay package and may be job security might be secondary.
