Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Partnering and Self Empowerment
• Lead the team of the Business Partners to adeptly advice and counsel managers on quality health maintenance, talent management, performance concerns and conflict resolution
•Ensure consistency in the approach and delivery of Health maintenance across the business
•Ensure high quality of Health Service consistently, timely, effectively and efficiently to client group, meeting and exceeding agreed service levels
•Champion the identification and deployment of talent in the line
•Assess, evaluate and prioritize human resources value adding opportunities to the line (all divisions)
•Liaise with management to develop specific recruiting plans
•Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
•Ensure that the business is adequately resourced with the right people, in the right place and at the right time
•Source for candidates at the executive level with the best culture fit for the company
•Ensure the team works with the culture and engagement officer to source information from employees on impact of change initiatives and provide customized solutions.


REQUIRED SKILL:
-Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrable analytical and negotiation skills
· Effective communications and engagement skills
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

- Good oral and communication skills
- Must be self-accountable, honest and a team-leadership skill.


QUALIFICATION:
- B.Sc/HND/OND with at least a second class lower degree/Lower Credits in any discipline from a recognized university or polytechnic

EXPERIENCE:
- Key experience of working with and motivating line managers.

- Ability to make negotiation and secure business transactions

-Years of experience do not matter as training will be conducted.
