Have you ever thought of a Country that has 36 states and almost all states with at least one university, polytechnic or higher learning centers, each state with one blessed natural resources or the other, the giant nation of Africa in times of innovation, creativity, faith and natural resources, the most black populated country in the world and its citizens seen in almost all the countries of the world making more positive impacts everywhere they go, ranked among top ten crude oil richest countries in the whole world. Nigeria is the country, with enough talents, brains, a place multi-nationals love to do business because the economy is lucrative the people hospitable and friendly. With more graduates then most European and South American countries, a people with morals, ethics and dedication to work. A nation everyone would obviously love to be.


Nigeria makes N30Billion naira every day only from crude oil (this figure may be more), blessed with rivers, oceans, sea and even gas which can help to generate stable power all across the federation, but unfortunately the country has no stable power supply in more than 50 years even with all the technologies in the world that has made power a reality in other developed nations yet no power in Nigeria. The only oil producing nation in the world that do not give its citizen any monthly allowance. Beggars lettered on the entire street coupled with mad people, no access to mental homes these putting the lives of normal people at risk. Poor emergency system in healthcare, transportation and the rest, a better education is only valid for rich people leaving the middle class and the poor no access to education whereby encouraging hawkers mostly kids from 7 years and above running after vehicles some knocked down by vehicles, some killed by rituals the females among them raped leaving them with pregnancy, diseases such as HIV/AIDS, STD etc.
The blessed natural resources has turned our leaders and other nefarious Nigerians buried in the shadow of corruption, rapid embezzlement of funds every second of the day, no proper judicial system to prosecute fraud yet this people are celebrated nationally, brutality from law enforcement agencies everyday bomb blast in some part of the country yet the nation has security agencies who derive pleasant pleasure in harassing innocent civilians and gets paid at the end of the month for job will done. Transportation is now a forgotten issue, the nation has no railway system, good roads, even a safe airport or air plans for traveling, and the nation only remembers to fix any sector in the transport system when lives are lost in accidents. World bank and other international donor agencies contributes everyday in making sure that Nigeria emerge as a develop country yet corrupt people keep running the nation down projecting the image of the country in a sorry state globally in engaging in numerous 419 activities whereby Nigerians don’t know who to truths again.


Nigerians are you not tired of leaving in this sorry situation? What have you done on your own to make sure changes are made to develop our nation because nobody will develop Nigeria except Nigerians, if you are waiting for God to descend from heaven or the Europeans, Asians, Americans to come help, listen up we have gotten enough from these sources now is the time to effect this change starting with ourselves then spreading it to the local communities in our beloved country.
