Munchies Fast Food Limited, a key player in the Nigerian fast food industry, has since taken centre stage in the industry following its establishment in 1999. Munchies have always provided the best quality food and services to their numerous customers. However, in pushing professionalism to the limit and exploring some of the untapped areas in the hospitality industry, we require the services of performance-driven individuals to fill the following positions in our various outlets:

1. Quality Control/Product Development Manager

Experience: Minimum of 5 Years quality control experience (of which 2 years must be in management position), preferably in the QSR business.
Academic Qualification: Minimum of HND/BSc in Food Science/Technology, Micro-biology, or related disciplines.
Possession of other professional training/workshop certificates will be an added advantage.
Person Specification: the ideal candidate must have excellent understanding of Nigerian regulatory laws/standards from such regulatory bodies as NAFADC, LASEPA, AFCON, Ministry of Health and other relevant bodies; demonstrable ability to write specification for food safety programs; ability to organize training for proper implementation of existing/emerging standards; among other things.
Additionally, he/she must possess excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, ability to thrive under pressure, and strong relationship management skills.

2. HR officer (T&D/Performance Management)
Experience: at least 4 years post NYSC experience in a similar role, of which 2 years must be in the QSR industry.
Academic Qualification: HND/BSc in Personnel Management, Public Administration, or any relevant social science discipline.
Possession of relevant professional certificates will be an added advantage.
Person Specification: Ability to carry out training need analysis, training objectives, training delivery, and evaluate training effectiveness; demonstrable ability to define performance standards/targets, appraise performance, and provide feedback for development. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess good team playing skills, be articulate, understanding, and able to thrive under pressure.

3. Cashiers (Females)
Location: Lagos
Experience: 0-3 Years in marketing/sales
Academic Qualification: OND, NCE
Person Specification: the ideal candidates must be very presentable, friendly, articulate, resourceful, able to handle pressure with minimal supervision, and not older than 25 years.

4. Caterers/Cooks (Females)
Experience: Minimum of two years catering experience in a QSR or a top class hotel.
Academic Qualification: Minimum of Diploma/OND in Catering/Hotel Management.
Person Specification: Good team player, good communication skill, ability to work with minimal supervision, thorough understanding of good personal hygiene, and demonstrable concern for the impact one makes on others.

5. Bakers/Trainee Bakers (Males)
Experience:
Trainee Bakers - no experience is required
Bakers – minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a top class hotel or QSR.
Academic Qualification: Minimum of O’level certificate and/or Diploma in Catering
Management.
Person Specification: the ideal candidates must demonstrate good team playing skills, thorough understanding of good personal hygiene, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, and concern for the impact one makes on others.

6. Lobby Assistants (Males)
Location: Lagos
Experience: 0-2 Years experience in a Quick Service Restaurant
Academic Qualification: O’Level
Person Specification: the ideal candidates must be presentable, friendly, articulate, and not older than 23 Years.

7. Dispatch Riders (Males)
Experience: Minimum of two years experience in a similar position.
Academic Qualification: O’Level
Person Specification: Must possess good knowledge of Lagos road networks and Highway Code, valid Federal Government recognized licence, and an excellent track record in a similar role. He must also be resourceful, energetic, and articulate. He must not be older than30 years as at December 31, 2011.
