Hi guys, vacancy exists for the post of an IT Assistant in Munchies Fast Food Limited.

Specifications:

• Ability to provide on-site and remote user support for information technology for all Munchies outlet network under direction.
• Ability to provide first level diagnosis and resolution of computer hardware, software, and network procedural problems.
• Ability to diagnose application, network and systems errors.
• Ability to develop and maintain system documentation regarding physical topology, equipment, environment and/or software.

Requirements are:
1. at least an ND in Computer Science, Electrical Electronics Engnrg, or a related course.
2. Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
3. Relevant certifications in Comptia, CISCO, or Microsoft will be added advantage.
