The Bakery Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the Bakery. Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the workers and resources of the Bakery for the efficient and profitable service of all products in the bakery.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science and Technology, Hotel and Catering Management, Business Administration or related course with a minimum second class lower qualification. Culinary or short courses in pie making, cake decoration, bread baking or any similar products will be an advantage.
At least 5 years working experience in a similar position is desirable.
• Trained Baker and Pastry Hand with prior experience in a reputable organization.
• Knowledge in a wide range of ingredients, baking equipments and techniques
• Proven experience in product development
• Good planning, forecasting and budgeting skills, and extensive knowledge in precautionary measures for possible health hazards.
• Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong Leadership skills
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Eye for details
• Report writing and presentation skills
