A fast growing Nigerian Food Services Company operating a chain of Restaurants, bakeries and catering services facilities is opening a new signature Food court accommodating a quick service restaurant, a casual dining seafood restaurant, Bakery, pizza corner at Victoria Island, Lagos.

In a bid to leverage our operational excellence, our successful brand equity, as well as bring our quality service and product offerings to our ever growing customer base through unique service channels, we are seeking the services of the following professionals:

Restaurant Managers (Experienced)
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of their assigned restaurant. Key responsibility areas include team performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls and training, development and retention of key associates.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Catering Management, Food Science & Technology or any relevant field with Second class degree or its equivalent. At least Five (5) year relevant post degree Restaurant Management experience in a reputable QSR/Restaurant Brand is desirable.
Assistant Restaurant Managers
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the proper and profitable running of the restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOP). Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Catering Management, Food Science & Technology or any relevant field with Second class degree or its equivalent.At least Two (2) years relevant post degree work experience in a reputable Restaurant/Hospitality Brand is required.

Trainee Restaurant Managers
The Trainee Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the proper and profitable running of the restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOP). Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Catering Management, Food Science & Technology or any relevant field with Second class degree or its equivalent.At least One (1) year relevant post degree work experience in Restaurant Management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and a good university degree will be considered as an alternate.

Unit Accountant
The Uiit Accountant will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate Accounting function in the Restaurant.Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and finance or relevant field from a reputable university is required with at least 1 year of work experience in General Accounting functions in a structured organisation.

Sous Chef (2 Positions)

The Sous Chef relieves the Head Chef on scheduled day off, annual leave and illness. Assistant to the executive chef, supervising food preparation, ensuring top quality food and food service at economical cost

  • HND/Degree in Food Sciences or Hotel and Catering Management and/or Catering school diploma required
  • Minimum 8 years work experience (with at least 3 years spent working in a position no lower than an Sous Chef or Chef de partie) with culinary and managerial experience in a similar casual dining restaurant or 4/5 star hotel operation
  • Experience with seafood cuisine or in a seafood restaurant will be an added advantage


Commis Chef (4 Positions)
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Sous Chef, The Commis Chefs shall be responsible for assisting in the Preparation and service of all sections in the Kitchen. Responsibility includes cleaning, preparing, cooking and finishing foods for basic dishes in line with company policy and procedure/standards set by Sous Chef or Head Chef, ensuring recipes are followed and portion controls are adhered to.

  • Catering school diploma required
  • High School Qualification ( SSCE, NECO, NABTEB) with at least 5 credits including Mathematics & English
  • Minimum two (2) years job-related experience
  • Experience in seafood cuisine/restaurant or world-class food service organization will be an added advantage



Chef de Parties (AM & PM)
The Chef de partie is charged with full responsibility for the running of a particular section of a large kitchen. Responsible of preparing all food items for guests in his/her section, theme restaurant and for any special VIP requirements. Supervises the activities of his/her, demi and Commis Chefs.
Area of competence include: Recipe management and development, menu management and development, food production management, portion control, quality control, Food & Kitchen Safety

  • Catering school diploma required
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in high standard international a la carte production, buffet and section management
  • Experience with seafood cuisine or in a seafood restaurant will be an added advantage


Restaurant Hostesses
The Restaurant hostess is a personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff of the restaurant. She will be the customers’ first point of contact with the restaurant. The primary scope of the hostess is to maintain the reception, dining room ensuring it is kept clean and organized at all times. To maintain the reservations book and to meet & greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner at all times.

  • Minimum of National Diploma in any Arts or Social Sciences discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in high standard international a la carte service management
  • Experience with a fine dining or casual dining restaurant will be an added advantage


Head Waiter/Waiters/Waitress
Responsibility includes attending to the needs of guests in the restaurant, taking orders, serving and removing crockery and beverages in accordance with guest requirements and service policies and procedures

  • National Diploma in any Arts or Social Sciences discipline and/or SSCE with at least 5 credits including Mathematics & English
  • At least 2 years of experience in high standard international a la carte service management
  • Experience with a fine dining or casual dining restaurant will be an added advantage


Inventory Officers
The Inventory officer is responsible for maintaining inventory management, stock taking and accounting records. National Diploma in a related field and at least 2 years experience Inventory, warehousing and stock-taking in a similar environment is required.

Bakery Manager
The Bakery Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Bakery. Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the workers and resources of the Bakery for the efficient and profitable service of all products in the bakery.
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science and Technology, Hotel and Catering Management, Business Administration or related course with a minimum second class lower qualification. Culinary or short courses in pie making, cake decoration, bread baking or any similar products will be an advantage. Interested candidate must be trained Bakers or Pastry Chef with prior experience in a reputable organization. Knowledge in a wide range of ingredients, baking equipments and techniques is required. Proven experience in product development is also desirable.

  • Drivers (Only experienced drivers with valid driver's license should apply)
  • Dispatch Riders (Only experienced Bike riders who have previous wrok experience in a similar environment should apply)
