i dont thing there is any school in canada that
will give you addmission without paying the admission processing fee. You can still google ' list of canadian univesities' and check the schools one by one.

to apply for masters in canada, follow the steps below:
1. Google 'list of canadian univerities' offering Msc in your field.
2. Find out their requirement( this include CGP,SSCE, and the rest. Most schools does not require GRE, TOFEL etc if you did english in your BSc or your transcript is in english.
3. Choose a course, download the application pack and apply.
4. Summit your application, including your transcript(seal), SSCE,reccomendation letter from your lecture and send it by post(depending on the school).
5. Pay the correct processing fee either by master card or wire transfer to the school.
6. Wait for your admission letter which will be send to u either by email or by post (during my case, i got it by post).
7. After getting your admission letter, you can procceed to the canadian embassey to apply for your VISA (study permit)
God bless u all

i dont realing understand what you mean by 'student account'. Are you the one that is going to sponsor your self?, if yes, you must have money in your account to cover your tuition, feeding, accomodation for one year(the school will always give you details of cost of living for one year. Like 20,000 dollars). And also have a reliable source of funds. But if you will be sponsor by some one, your own should read like 700,000 naira while your sponsor reads like 4 million up

Re: Forum:Traveling to Canada
@ relax
the thing is that, the embassey will not even give you VISA to go there. They will deny u base on the grounds 'INSUFFICENT FUND'. So you realy need to look for a sponsor that has money. Dont try using a fake bank statement b/c if you are caught, u wil be ban

sorry for the delay in answering ur questions, i went for my medicals in Lagos.
(1) canadian study permit is N17530 or so. it is in their website that i gave earlier
(2) i will find that out for you
(3) it depends on the school and location of the school. All schools have the approximate cost of living in their website. Just check it out. example university of Regina says $16,500 pay year ( this include tution fee, accomodation, feeding etc)
i hope this will help

It most not really be ur own personal master card. If you have someone that can use his or her master card to pay for u, you can go ahead and use it. Alternatively, i believe there is provision for bank wire transfer as a means of paying the application fee, so you can collect the University wire transfer details and go to ur bank and tell them you want to make payment by wire transfer but you dont have a dollar account, they will help you transfer the money for you and charge you commission for doing it. If they dont, you can cal me, i will help cause i have a dollar account ( domicciliary account).
I hope this will help

Re: Forum:Traveling to Canada
@favourdguy
to process canadian study permit will take approx. 3 months, even if u use an agent Like MAPLE. but they are expensive. I prefer u do it alone to save a lot of money. It is not hard, i can guide u.
