Customer Representative needed

Responsibilities:


Responsible for building Client interest in the company by professionally handling enquiries, resolving issues/complaints and marketing company services and products via telephone in line with defined company operational processes and procedures.

Handling of customer enquiries, complaints and resolution of issues professionally and effectively in line with defined policies and procedures

Log in all enquiries /complaints and resolutions as a way of defining and managing customer behaviour and trends using the necessary application(s) at all times.

Ensure the optimal use of the company's feedback system to aid management decision making process and provide information necessary for departments.


Qualifications and Requirements:


Minimum first degree in a relevant discipline

At least 0-3 years of successful experience as Customer Service Officer

Composed, problem solver, proactive with a ‘go-getter’ mind set

Must have excellent organizational, planning & reporting skills

Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

Good command of English language
